A house that opened up to the town
Mi Otra Casa sits at Marlin 18, half a block from the plaza and three from the sea. Three floors around a garden, with a pool, shared terraces and seven suites that look nothing alike.
There is no front desk and there are no long corridors. The main door opens with a code, breakfast is served wherever you settle in, and anything you need from town — a table, a surfboard, a ride to the airport — gets sorted by asking.
It is a house for adults who came to rest. Outside, Sayulita is a party town and in high season it is heard into the early hours; inside, the interior suites face the garden and every room has earplugs and a white-noise machine. We say so before you book, not after.
